Entries open October 19, 2026 when this entry form becomes available and close November 9, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific time. Summit’s entry system determines receipt time. Limit one entry per person; duplicate email addresses or Instagram handles are not accepted.

Before the deadline: follow @summittrialattorneys on Instagram; tag 1 Nevada friend in a comment on Summit’s official Instagram grocery giveaway post; and submit this website form with your name, email, Instagram handle, residential ZIP code and required acknowledgements. All three steps must be completed. Use your own accurate information. Automated, fraudulent or incomplete entries are not eligible.

Summit manually checks the selected entrant’s Instagram follow, comment, age and residence. Website submission does not automatically verify Instagram activity. The friend-tag step applies to the Instagram post, not Facebook. Do not share private information about your friend or any legal matter.

One winner will receive one $250 Whole Foods Market gift card; total approximate retail value is $250. The card is subject to its issuer’s terms. Odds of winning are 1 in the total number of eligible entries received.

On Thursday, November 12, 2026, Summit will select one potential winner at random from eligible entries and contact that person at the email address submitted. The potential winner has 72 hours after notification to respond and 14 days after notification to collect the prize. Eligibility must be verified before the winner is confirmed. If the selected entrant is ineligible, does not respond or cannot meet the disclosed conditions, an alternate will be selected at random and given the same response and pickup windows.

Pickup is in person by appointment at Summit Trial Attorneys, 8488 Rozita Lee Ave, Bldg 3, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89113. The winner must present a valid Nevada-issued photo ID privately at pickup. Do not upload identification or send an ID number through this form.

By accepting the video condition, the selected winner permits Summit to record a short prize-pickup video containing their image and voice and publish it on Summit Trial Attorneys’ social media channels to document this giveaway. Participation in that short video is a condition of receiving this prize. No legal testimonial, injury story or endorsement of legal services is required. This permission does not authorize unrelated uses or paid advertisements; those would require separate permission.

Summit collects your name, email, Instagram handle, ZIP code, entry timestamp and required acknowledgements to administer this giveaway, verify eligibility, contact a potential winner and arrange pickup. Entries are stored in Summit’s private giveaway records, separately from legal-intake leads.
