Experience that helps clients prepare
Jaclyn brings more than six years of experience defending insurance companies and corporations in complex personal injury matters. That background helps her understand how insurers analyze claims, evaluate evidence, and prepare defenses.
She brings that perspective to plaintiff representation with a focus on careful preparation, clear communication, and advocacy for people who have been injured.
A strong academic foundation
Jaclyn earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law. During law school, she received a merit scholarship, made the Dean's List, earned CALI awards in legal writing, health law, and remedies, and edited the UNLV Gaming Law Journal.
She also gained practical experience through the Boyd Education Clinic and developed a foundation for the depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials that serious injury matters may require.

A clear path forward
Jaclyn believes clients deserve to understand the facts, the process, and the next decision in front of them. A confidential conversation is the right place to discuss whether Summit may be able to help with a specific injury matter.
